Configure your web browser :

• Netscape (download; home)
• Netscape 3.xx and older version:
1. Select Options | General Preferences... from Netscape main menu.
2. Select Helpers and click on the "New..." button.
3. Type in the information for:
• Description of type: AnTheProt file format
• Suffix: aln
• MIME type: chemical/x-antheprot
• Application to use ("Handle By" heading):
1. Select the Application radio button.
2. Click the Browse button, find AnTheProt binary, and double-click on it.
3. The path to AnTheProt will appear.
4. Put a space character after this path and add the string "%1"
4. Click on OK.
• Netscape 4.xx and newer version:
1. Select Edit | Preferences from Communicator main menu.
2. Double-click on Navigator to expand the list.
   
3. Select Applications and click on the "New Type" button.
4. Type in the information for:
• Description of type: AnTheProt file format
• Suffix: aln
• MIME type: chemical/x-antheprot
• Application to use ("Handle By" heading):
1. Select the Application radio button.
2. Click the Browse button, find AnTheProt binary, and double-click on it.
3. The path to AnTheProt will appear.
4. Put a space character after this path and add the string "%1"
5. Click on OK.


• Internet Explorer (download; home)
• Internet Explorer ????:
1. Select View | Options from IExplorer main menu.
2. Select Programs and click on the "File types..." button in the Viewer heading.
3. Click on the "Add..." button.
4. Type in the information for:
   • Description: AnTheProt file format
   • MIME type: chemical/x-antheprot
   • Suffix: aln
   • Encoding: click on Text
   • Helper application:
     1. Click the Browse button, find AnTheProt binary, and double-click on it.
     2. The path to AnTheProt will appear.
5. Click on OK.

Then, work on NPS@ and download data in AnTheProt
